Enrollment

• Customers who wish to join the loyalty program must sign up through our official website. Each customer is allowed to have only one loyalty program account, and this account must be associated with a unique and valid email address.

 

Program Benefits

• Customers enrolled in the loyalty program will earn points for each qualifying purchase. The number of points earned will be calculated based on the purchase amount and the prevailing points-to-purchase ratio.
• Accumulated points can be redeemed for various rewards, discounts, or special offers, as specified in the program. The available rewards and their corresponding point values will be communicated to the members via the website, or other designated communication channels.

 

Referral Program

• Bricks Q8 offers a referral program to loyalty program members. Participants can refer friends, family, or colleagues to join the loyalty program.
• Customers are strictly prohibited from referring themselves for the loyalty program. Referring oneself through multiple accounts is considered a violation of the program rules, and such activities may lead to the termination of involved accounts and the cancellation of any related orders (cancellation fees will be applied, 5% for K-net payments and 10% for credit cards payments).
• When a customer refers someone to our store, the referred individual will receive a discount code immediately. The referring member will be awarded their referral reward once the referred individual completes their first purchase.

 

Program Misuse and Termination

• The use of multiple accounts to gain additional benefits or exploit the loyalty program is strictly prohibited. Such activities may lead to the termination of all involved accounts and the loss of all accumulated points.
• In cases where program misuse is identified, Bricks Q8 reserves the right to apply cancellation fees for any orders associated with the misuse.
• Bricks Q8 may, at its sole discretion, terminate the loyalty program entirely or an individual's participation in the program without prior notice.
